Less invasive way to go about treating aging hair

I'm in my late 20's and starting to notice that my hair is thinning -- not falling out necessarily, but the anxiety is very real. When I was traveling in Europe last summer some friends recommended I try this Italian shampoo that might be able to slow down the hair aging process. I decided to try this out since it's just a shampoo compared to other more intense "medication" like products, e.g. rogaine and its ilk.I have been using Kerogen Melatonina for the last 5 months and although subjective my hair does feel fuller and not as thin -- my wife has noticed as well which is huge plus in my book.
