Shipping Policy

Domestic shipping

Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing or delivery may take longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Standard U.S. shipping is free. If expedited shipping options are available, their cost and estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Standard shipping: typically 3–5 business days after processing.
Expedited shipping: estimated delivery time and price are shown at checkout when available.

Shipping destinations
We ship within the United States, including U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Shipment confirmation and tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order ships. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Returns
We accept returns of opened or unopened products purchased directly from myhairscience.com within 30 days of purchase. To start a return, email support@myhairscience.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After approval, you will have 30 days to send the product back. Once the return is received and processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, email support@myhairscience.com. Please keep the packaging and damaged items while we review the claim.
