Refund policy

We accept returns for both unopened and opened products if they were purchased directly from our website within the last 30 days. To initiate a return, please email us at support@myhairscience.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Once the return is approved, customers will have 30 days to send the product back. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned item is received and processed. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
